So I had hoped to be down at least 2 lbs this week. No change. But I have remained conscious of what i'm eating and working out daily. So i'll wait until next week to weigh again. It will be hard not to step on that scale. But weighing daily affects my mood and adds to my dietary stress
I'm going to focus instead on going to the beach in May, and what color bathing suit i'm going to wear.
