Not much healthy food

I've had to babysit my little granddaughters this week and since it was a last minute thing so I was totally unprepared!! I've been used to going to the grocery once a week for fruit and healthier food.
I haven't been able to do that this week and my food log really shows it. I've been eating oatmeal cookies for breakfast! Thankfully I have healthier food for dinner! My daughter has healthy food but unfortunately, since I have to eat casein-free, there's not much to choose from there.
Can't believe I'm staying in my calorie range and not going over in some others. That doesn't exactly make me feel any better about it! It does however, make me realize that I need to be more prepared in the future!

    Being prepared helps especially for those unexpected times. Great job on the calories though.
