I'm still trying to decide what avenue I want to go down for my next exercise routine. Last night I just pretty much flailed around like a madwoman for 30 minutes until I had burned a good 170 cals. Not bad for a seat-of-your-pants style workout!
Also ate ok yesterday... Not great, not terrible. I am SUPER excited that my sweet Man brought me an AWESOME surprise yesterday... A MINIFRIDGE for my office at work! YESSSSS!!!!!!!! This means that I can now bring all kinds of stuff for lunch and keep cold water near me. NICE. He is my hero.
Last night I got through a lot of Mount Washmore... That mess really multiplied like rabbits while I was gone to work, I think. I folded laundry for the better part of an hour last night. Little Boy was very sweet and asked to help, so he kept running out with folded clothes and put a lot of them away for me. Sweet thing.
Today I have a To-Do List a mile long at work, but this is going to get DONE. I logged my food from yesterday this morning and started logging today's. We'll see how the rest of today goes. I have a lunch time run planned and am really looking forward to it. Also want to do some stuff this evening - maybe some yoga to melt away the tension of the day!!!
