Back to Weight Watchers

Well I decided to go back to Weight Watchers. Tracking my calories just doesn't seem to work for me. I'm not sure what the difference between calories and points is, but I seem to be able to stick with points tracking much better.

Feeling very anxious lately. I don't know if I should go back to the doctor or what. I'm hoping after I get under 200lbs again the anxiety will start to subside. Hopefully in two weeks I'll be under 200 again. That's my goal.

Today isn't starting off too great, but I'm hoping it will get better. I tried to do my AE Active 2.0 workout this morning only to find my sensors are not connecting properly to the receiver after only using the thing 4 times. Not too happy about that, but I'm just going to do a 20 minute Turbo Jam video instead.

I am not planning on leaving Spark. I like my teams here and I like being able to post a blog about how I'm feeling. WW has communities but I haven't found one yet that I really like. I'll still try to log in regularly and keep in touch.

    You can do both, SP and Weight Watchers. That's what Im doing, I dont track my food on SP which gives me more time to explore different sites on SP. I think both programs compliment each other.

    Stick with it.
