Any suggestions for quick meals?

I have a hard time with evening eating. I prepare my breakfast and lunch and eat it at work. In the evenings I am tired most times and don't want to spend a lot of time preparing dinner, so i tend to eat anything i can find, cookies, crackers, cheese, ice cream, oranges, raisins, toast,
Then afterwards i'm preparing food for the next day again. I really need help with managing my evening meal. Maybe I need help with my evening schedule. Sometimes I don't eat dinner at all, which i know isn't good either.
I've tried prepared meals, but they contain too much sodium.
Any suggestions on quick healthy meals?
