Biggest Challenge Yet

So as we all have i have found sparkpeople VERY HELPFUL in helping me with my calories,fat,carbs and so on as to how im doing throughout the day. well my internet was down for about 4 or 5 days and i had no access to sparkpeople and i was soo scared about going over or something and honestly did NOT want to get on the scale today because i knew id gave in to a few things and even had a feeling id went over and wasnt going to have a good weigh in this morning. but....i did write everything down so then when my internet got back up i could put it in to see how i did..well i got on the scale this morning and to my amazement i was DOWN... 3.4 lbs which makes it a total of 6.6 lbs ive lost. and when i put all my info in for what ive ate i actually STAYED WITH IN MY RANGE of where i was suppose to and i even was able to fit into a pair of jeans that i havent been able to for about a year or so cuz theyve fit tight! they still do fit tight but i am able to get them zipped and buttoned lol. emoticon

    thanks..and yes i just need to get a tape measurer.i know they have a printable 1 on here but i dont have a i just have to either get 1 or get to my moms to get the 1 on here printed off..

    Good for you! Stick with the program and you may find you have even more to cheer about! But don't rely too much on that scale - remember to take your measurements too - they tend to count more than the scale in your overall fitness and "fat loss" than the scale does -- so be sure to take your measurements too.
