Day 27! Wootness!

Schedule in 3rd' business and fitness life manifestly had to somehow get standardized to whatever extent be possible durin' this final countdown of the MARCH TO MARCH 25! So that has been officially done and working hours set, if not in stone, at least somewhat. This will prevent some stress binges and other kinds of stress manifestations!

So there is a start, stop for lunch, start, stop for day time now built into the next two days, giving 3rd time for the all-important fitness/weight management schedule and time to just putz around on the internet or read a book in the morning.

Streakity done. Love my GPS app that has a built-in (customizable but I enjoyed the built-in one) conditioning workout for run/walk and I put some new music with that and did it in my glorious neighborhood.

MONDAY, Feb. 27, 2012, Day 161 of streakity streak of no day missed of daily exercise, 30 min run/walk, 30 min walk, total streakity streak minutes so far 11430! (Previous: 288 consecutive days of exercise, 18000 exercise minutes!)
