The Scale

The scale can be your best friend or worst enemy. It can create shear joy, when you step on to its hard sufface, with all of its charm, while you hold your breath waiting for the needle to swing back and forth. Hoping it will be in your favor. When the needle finally land on a number, you may look down in horror, or leap for joy. Lately, the scales has been a good friend. I have worked hard to achieve the 40lb weight lost. I am thrilled to shed all of unwanted fat. What should be done to maintain the best of the scale, stick to our goal and don't allow the scale to defeat us. A setback is a setup for a great come back. To you scale lookout I am highly deteremined and motivatedto reach my skinny girl goal.
