I woke up around 4 and decided that I should get a workout in. I did Leslie Sansone's Walk and Jog. It was 2.5 miles, and I did the jogging along with them. I feel accomplished so far since I've got a good start on my day. Now on to preparing my food for the workday. Have a great day!
