Okay -- ENOUGH Already!!

Okay ... This is the time I'm GOING to make a change for GOOD! I'm REALLY going to change my eating habits and lifestyle this time.
Eeeekkk, how many times have I come up with my "latest, greatest" new plan, and even posted it here often ... only to then just stay with my old, ingrained, bad habits. But I believe that change IS possible, and I have seen the results that so many of you on this site have experienced! So this time it's my turn to start posting "victory" updates
instead of sitting around, trying to decide on another plan while munching on potato chips.
My plan, in terms of losing 15 or 20 lbs., is to just get back to basics and good old-fashioned calorie counting. It's kind of basic, but really, it should work! I'll also add some fitness, of course, and a focus on nutritional foods for my daily calorie allotment.
But... I need my fellow Sparkers' help. Could I ask that people would help with support and accountability, especially during the first couple of weeks of this new challenge? I just know that I fall off the healthy eating wagon s-o-o-o-o easily, and I really want to succeed this time. If any of you reading this are willing to "check in" with me, even daily, over the next while, I would really appreciate it. I'll be on the site and posting updates daily, and I would love extra support and accountability. Also please let me know how I can be supportive to you! SparkPeople is a wonderfully supportive place, and I just feel like I'm asking for help from a group of friends here. Thank you for reading this, and have a wonderful week.
