Lost a pound and has another 3 to go

I lost a pounds since yesterday and has another 3 pounds to go until I can get back to where I was before I gained the weight. I did eat healthy today and di some walking. I walked to church and back today in the wind. It was coming out of the south and I had it coming at me from the side. Plus I carried a box home that our minister gave me that has yarn, crochet hooks, knitting needles, and a few other things. More than I could imagine. So you can imagine how my arms felt when I got home. My arms were sore and shaking like crazy. Should of let the minister take the box to my house instead of carrrying it home. I have enough yarn to last me for several projects.

The reason why I weigh myself everyday may seem overkill but I'm just curious where I'm at from day to day and to see where I need to adjust what I need to eat. If I need to cut out or cut back on breads, potatoes, and sweets and increase my fruits, veggies, dairy, and exercise if I gain a few pounds. Or if I need to keep at what I've been doing because I've been losing weight. Today I REALLY boosted my fruits and veggies intake. I had 19 servings of veggies. 5 at lunch, 2 as a snack, and 12 at supper. I feel great afterwards. I'm not as tired as I was when I didn't increase my fruits and veggies. And the walking even boosted my energy. Even if it was 30 minutes round trip. I'm surprised that I'm not really tired right now. Usually I am but I think the boost in fruits and veggies really helped with my energy. I'm usually wanting to go to bed right now. But I can last for a lot longer than usual. I think that I maybe staying up and reading my ereader before I go to bed.

I'm almost done with the pink and black afghan. I'm still working on the black border of it. I am on the last row of single crochet and then I can start on the scallop edge on it. I will have the picture up whenever I get the photos put onto the computer. That and the ereader carrier that I made.
