all fours

Finally tried to do the 'on all fours' part of 'Ramp it up'. Wow, that was really hard. I could only keep up if I took a break during the fast raps. As it turns out, I can put the monitor on the floor and put the mat in front of the monitor.

I do find it gets harder to start the workouts. It's good that the workout is cut up in segments, so I can tell myself: I am only going to do this segment. When the next segment rolls around I say the same thing. That's how I usually end up doing the whole workout.
