mcdonalds bad!!! chelle remember this!!!

I had got down to 208.2 took my son out to mcdonalds and i got a 6 piece woke up and im back up to 209.6 grrr so not happy with myself so now i need to make sure i get my exercise in and do everything im supposed to anyway i have met my goal for this week i am still below 210 before this sunday. so my goal is 208 for next sunday. go me ha

    Sometimes a little treat is ok. Don't worry, it'll come back off! Do you weigh yourself day by day? Weight can fluctuate very very often, so it's best to only count once a week, even if you do step on the scale every day.

    I did the same thing today. I'm sick, tired, and really just wanted a McGriddle. So I caved and had one. I'm hoping it's not bad on my scale!
