So when I bought my new workout video I did a little grocery shopping too. I finally found the Vitatops at Walmart. And I also bought some other health foods to try out. Fiber One Chocolate Fudge Brownies are amazing. My husband agrees that they're not just good for healthy food but they're good for brownies. The Vitatops Deep Chocolate was tolerable. It was okay for health food. I probably won't buy them again even though they are healthier than the Fiber One brownies. I also tried Life Choice High Protein Bars in Double Chocolate. Yuck! Yuck! Yuck! I couldn't even finish one bar, I'm definitely not going to finish the box. Yes, it has an incredible amount of protein per bar (21g) but just ew. If I don't like it then I'm NOT going to eat it. My stomach actually hurts after trying to eat it.

I'm really sick of being stuck at 170 lbs so I've been trying to kick things up a notch with my exercise. So yesterday I wanted to try out my new exercise video & being a curious person (and a little bit mad about something) I ended up doing the whole 4-mile video. I felt really proud as I've never done a whole exercise video before. Then today I thought, well if I can do 4 miles maybe I can do all 5 miles of my other video. I did it! I did 5 miles or 75 minutes of exercise! Now my legs feel like jelly but I pushed myself & I succeeded. I finally feel like I can actually do this!

After I entered in my exercise for the day I got a warning from SP saying "Hey, you're doing too much exercise for the amount you're eating. You need to eat more to do this in a healthy way." So I updated my nutrition tracker & it says I should eat almost twice what I'm eating now! I don't know if I CAN eat that much. But it's definitely incentive to keep exercising. I'd like a little bit more food. Maybe not this much so maybe I'll actually stick to shorter exercises. But I'm happy and maybe I'll break this plateau.

Tomorrow is the Daytona 500 & I'm pretty excited. My entire family (except idiot brother of course) is coming to watch. Yup, I'm a NASCAR fan. Unfortunately my guy, Michael Waltrip, didn't make it into the race. So I'm not sure who I'm going to root for. But I may just give myself a day off from exercise since I did so much today. That way I can just enjoy my family.

    My husband and I like the Fiber One Brownies-we warm them up in the microwave and we put a tiny bit of whip cream on them. emoticon Spark On! emoticon

    lol @ the yuck, yuck, yuck! I don't mind the Vitatops horribly if they are warmed in the toaster and used as a part of a dessert.... like broken up and topped with sugar free pudding and fat free rediwhip. Alone.... they are okay. My daughter loves the fiber one brownies pre-packaged in the box. Considering she's 3 and struggles with constipation, I'm all too happy to give her something with a bit less sugar and some extra fiber. :) My favorite "treat" is the Fiber One 90 calorie bar in the chocolate, pretzel, and caramel flavor. That's yummy. emoticon

    Awesome for you on the videos. I have the same thing with my nutrition tracker. It feels weird meeting the calorie goal when it is so high. I haven't lost anything for three weeks in a row now so I'll try it. (as long as I can stick to the exercise, I should be fine, right?)
