Week 7 Feb. 12-18

Wow can't believe it has taken me almost a week to get this blog written. It has been a super busy couple of weeks, and not likely to die down any time soon. I am trying to be diligent to the planning process, it really does make a difference to the outcome.

Here are the numbers:

1) Average 10 glasses of water daily
2) 5 cardio sessions per week (split between Curves and walking)
3) Walk 12 miles per week
4) Average 10,000 steps daily
5) Track all food daily and stay within calorie range
6) Get at least 60 grams of protein daily
7) Strength Training 2x per week

1) Drank 63 glasses of water, average 9 glasses per day (increase from last week)
2) 7 cardio sessions. Walked 3 days, and hit Curves for at least 45 minutes 4 days
3) Walked 13.1 miles during my 3 cardio walks, and got in 40.6 total miles on my pedometer for all walking throughout the week. (increase of 1 mile cardio and 5.58 total miles)
4) Walked 74,022 steps for an average of 10,575 per day (increase from last week)
5) Tracked everything on the Nutrition Tracker, went over calorie range one day
6) Met protein requirements 6 of 7 days
7) None done

Focus for upcoming week:
I have been focusing on protein intake and calorie range
Need to drink more water

    You can do it. May you see wonderful results as you put into practice your goals. I am so proud of you. Despite the hetic days you took time out for you. That is awesome!!!!
    Drinking water can be hard at times, but I have heard that people sometimes will make up a pitcher of water to drink for the day and sometimes will add lemon to it to give it some flavor so it is not so bland.
    Myself I just drink 16 ounces of water 4 times a day, that gives me the water I need for my day. I like to drink it with my meal, so I kill two birds with one stone.
