It's Friday: Day 5

Well Hello there,
I know that my post may sound a little repetitive. I mean there's only so many words I can use to describe my physical pain and my eating habits. But when I started this journey I told myself that I was going to write down my feelings everyday. It does not matter if I'm feeling happy, sad, upset, disappointed, or something else. I need to write down all of my feelings.
I'm so glad its FRIDAY. It means that I'm so much closer to finishing my 1st Week. I wasn't sure I was going to be able to stick with it, but I did and well it's only making me stronger and more committed.
