I completed my first week!

I stayed committed to my diet and I was never hungry. In fact, I had a hard time finishing my meals. I am exercising too.

Before this week, I usually didn't eat much for breakfast and lunch was usually a peanut butter and jelly. By the end of the day, I would be starving and ate whatever I could grab that was quick. I would pig out at dinner, eating until I was full. I drank several lattes throughout the week and my fruit and veggie intake was pretty lacking too.

Now, I am very conscious of my food throughout the day. I was surprised at how much I can eat when it is all about quality! It takes time and effort, but it is well worth it. I have already lost 8 pounds and I don't feel like I have done anything special.
