Day 3 and 4 On the Road to the VCM.

Ok, so getting to update daily is more than I expected. Will do better when school is in session and I have a few minutes to myself, and access my computer as well. Darn kids!
Day 2--On plan for food. Exercise: 750 yard swim
Day 3--On Plan for food. Exercise: Run/Walk 3.5 in 45, leg workout.
Day 4--Blew the plan a bit, movies with popcorn and a few sour patch kids. Could be worse, I could have gotten the whole box of Hot Tamales--NOT for 3 bucks a box!!
Exercise: Taught a moderate yoga class, busted a sweat; biked 7 miles 31 minutes on the stationary.
Day 5------------ ongoing.
