got some exercise in today. Ramp it up minus the 'on all fours' part. I still have to find a way to be able to watch the monitor from the floor. If I can't see the instructor, I'm pretty much lost. My brain is to slow to be able to translate language into movement fast enough. so by the time I know what I'm supposed to be doing, the instructor is already three moves ahead of me. I have never been able to do yoga group classes, because of this. (think downward dog)

It turns out that I can easily put the monitor on the floor. I have a smartphone, but with a 3.7 inch screen, so I don't think that is big enough. My son has an I-pad. Anyway, problem solved.

Can you get your hands on a touch screen smartphone or tablet computer (I'm thinking iPad or Android)? They're much easier to move to where you can see them now matter what position you're in.

Frankly, I have trouble tracking workout videos even when I can both see and hear them.
