Back To Old Habits

My frustration has finally reached its limit. I am going back to what allowed me to lose weight three years ago. I have regained 20 of the 30 pounds that I had lost.
I will log ALL of my food and do strength training twice a week. I have the added advantage that I am now a runner, which I wasn't three years ago. Logging my food is my goal for Lent, I have to do the ST to keep my hip strong after an injury and I love running so that one is easy for me.
I eat out of boredom and have found that forcing myself to write everything down as I eat it keeps me from the mindless snacking. I guess laziness trumps boredom for me. :)
