The only motivation I need

I need to move; that is my motivation!
When I exercise I am totally motivated to eat right.
When I sit still I am weighed down and sad and look for comfort with food.
I love to read and craft a lot and therefore sit a lot.
Exercising everyday makes me stronger in my conviction to not eat badly.
I need a protein shake after I work out and then I feel full for a long time
no absent snacking
All of this from taking the time for me to move my own body.
Granted it doesn't always appeal to me, but if I could just remember how much it clears my head and energizes me. I would do it everyday.

    So true. My theory is I spent all that time doing something I don't absolutely love to do (exercise), why ruin it by eating junk food.
