Sugar Counts

What A Unique Way To Present This… 4.2 grams = 1 teaspoon of sugar = 1 cube ! Someone ought to get an award for this. We know the facts, but this
Brings it into perspective quickly, doesn’t it? Each cube is a teaspoonful.

Now someone needs to do this with salt!

What a cool visual...my taste buds have really changed...especially artificial sweeteners are now SICKENING to me...even trouble with crystal lite...pop never an issue...good tip if you must...half your juice with soda water 50-50. Will give you a great ZING!!! emoticon

    Mary what a great blog!

Meaganne is definitely a 'pop - aholic' and does NOT drink hardly any water at all, while I drink water almost exclusively over anything else (as you know.....) I wish I could get her to cut back at least a little!

i really liked that sure does make you think about what we put in our bodies thanks for sharing . i too would love to see this put into perspective with salt. I find ways to omit salt when i can example picking things that are lower in sodium or by using fresh instead of prepackages and processed stuff.
