Jillian Michaels 90-Day Body Revolution 3 Days In

I finally got my JM90DBR in the mail... And I'm officially 3 days in. I am REALLY enjoying the workouts so far... I know I'm still in the beginning so they are a little easier but on the same note, it makes me feel good that I'm doing the more advanced versions of all the moves. I have decided NOT to follow the diet to a T mostly because I dislike several of the foods Jillian incorporates into her program (i.e. Calamari. Yuckkkk!). I'm just going to stick with my SP guidelines. I AM going to use the 90-day Journal though... Using a similar calendar really helped me when I was completing the 30 Day Shred... I really like to see my results written down in front of me. I'm even going to start working on my "Vision Board"... I am going to take a bunch of pictures, quotes, and personal goals and post them on a poster board... And then when I work out I am going to set the board up on my fireplace (right next to where I work out). I think the mental motivation will help me push harder during my workouts.


I'm thinking about taking up Zumba for some "extra credit" cardio. I am a TERRIBLE dancer but I enjoy it none the less. I guess its worth a shot. Maybe I'll start with that new Zumba game for the WII before I step out into a real class lol.


OH YEAH! ... I forgot to mention that I got a promotion at work. It's turning out to be a really good year.
