Well at this again....

Been on this roller coaster for quite a few years, and part of SP for the last 3 years, however i don't often come in to the site. I check my mail daily and get the points but up until recently the 10/8 points a day for emails is all i've been doing. i decided that it was high time i get back up on the horse and really give it my best shot. I've always been a firm believer in the fact that kids learn by example and really i haven't been a great example to them health wise.

Two weeks ago, i was put on insulin injections to lower my sugar levels, that was a huge eye opener, since then i've really been trying to keep things in check and have been finding it hard, but getting better on a daily basis. I eat relatively healthy food, however my portion sizes are that of a giant, and not at all reasonable, so that is my goal.... to get those portion sizes under control. My motivation.... LENT, my kids had give something up so does mommy. lol

Day One... Breakie not so bad and i think i'm full. Now to keep it up for the rest of the day, going to take it one meal at a time.
