Kellog's Special K

I cannot swear by anything particular that I am doing. But I want to say that I have been eating Kellog's Special K for the last 3 days. On my busy mornings I have the cereal for lunch. On my not so busy mornings I will have it for breakfast. On mornings when I am not eating the cereal I have 4 ozens of Activia vanilla yogurt with some type of berries. I have also added berries to my cereal. I will have almond nuts, some type of fruit for my snack. I eat my normal meal for dinner (which is usually without meat).

Before I started eating the SPecial K and adding the berries, I was losing about 1/2 lb. per day (I weigh myself daily during the week). Within the last three days I have lost 3.5 lbs (about 1 lb. per day). I also exercise at least 45 minutes to 1 hour every day during the week (very little or none on the weekends).

Of course I am tracking every day.
