The Week I've Had (pics)

Thursday, February 23, 2012

So I needed my Spark peeps and they were all there (as usual) to encourage me and get me moving!

I am so stoked so far I have established 2 weekly exercise "dates" with friends and family - one pretty hard out tennis and the other swimming (used to swim comp).

On the days I don't have a RL buddy I'm gonna run till I'm good at it!

This is not just a plan - it is my new life. I read YOOVIES blog today and I'm stealin a quote she stole off someone in maintenance. I am a daily exerciser. I am a daily exerciser. I am a daily exerciser. I am a daily exerciser. It will work.

On a lighter note I got home from swimming tonight to find our new, very scaredy little kitten perched on the washing! He still doesn't have a name but Jack suggested "AWOL". I kinda like it what do you guys think?

Also bloody hell my muscles are sore from swimming - I have never had such sore muscles from swimming and straight away????? Am I in trouble?? Will I be able to hold a pen to write in class tomorrow haha!!

Yay swimming! I cant wait for swimming season to get here :) It surprised me how sore I was afterward. I guess swimming for exercise is a little differnt than swimming for fun... lol

AWOL - such an adorable name for an adorable little bundle of fur! He kinda favors my little menace, love those mischievous eyes!

Swimming is an amazing exercise. I love to swim but was so surprised when I was starting to get in shape how hard it was. Keep up the good work, daily exerciser.
