2nd round @ work biggest loser

we had a biggest loser contest recently on the job which ran for 4 months, at the end of which I found i had lost a total of 3 lbs. I came no where close to winning but I decided to change up a bit and did 2 weeks of a high protein, low carb diet. In just 2 weeks I lost 4lbs. More than I had in 4 months!!!
In addition I walk my dog daily, sometimes I will jog for short intervals, but I'm trying to build up my stamina. i know it will help if I quit smoking
But one beast at a time.
Anyway I think I may have found a key, so i've joined another 3 month challenge at work, this one ends memorial day. And i'm gonna win it!!! Yes i'm putting o the pressure, challenging myself. I'm up to it.
