Keeping on track while on holiday!

Holiday is a strong word as I'm housesitting, dog sitting and children minding for a friend. I have done some great walks and will now be walking the dog every morning after dropping the kids at the school bus. Today we walked to the dog park, through the ball around for about 20mins and walked back - about 1hr20 all up.

I've just completed my 28-day bootcamp day 2&3 workouts, put a load of washing on and am now going to go and take a swim and lie by the pool reading my book for a while!
