I've decided to try blogging here. Maybe this will help keep me more accountable. I had lost 50 pounds (as of June 2010). My husband died, and after a few months, I started to gain it all back. Now, here I sit, with 50+ pounds back. As of this past Monday, I'm back on track. One of my biggest downfall is Coke -- or Pepsi or Dr. Pepper or root beer ... I'm non-discriminatory! I love sweets too. But since Monday (2/20), I've been on track. This is the longest I've been on track in months. I don't know if I'll blog here every day, but I do want to do this regularly. I don't know if anyone else will read it, but that's not why I'm doing this either. I want a record. I love Weight Watchers but there's not a meeting around here that's good for me now. I'm not even sure what I'll blog about here. Eating, weight loss, but also things that will affect my weight loss journey.

    Good for you! Blogging is putting your thoughts, whatever they are, to paper (sort of) and in the process you may find out things that will work better for you.

    The other good part about blogging is that you get some suggestions, comments, thoughts that may trigger other ideas or plans to be more successful.
