I made banana bread yesterday at my daugters request. ( I love to bake) Had an unplanned slice last night and only went over my calorie range by 100. Made it with flax seed but don't tell her.
My daughter is 11 and at a healthy weight but she's going through a junk food phase. I will not by them but she is using her allowance to buy her own. I hope that as we start eating healthier as a family she will not want them as often.
