so some of you probably remember a blog about me wanting to learn to hoop. For the longest time i'd put it on and i'd hoop a few circles and it would fall down. Then i met bring the hoopla girls and i thought long and hard about seeing if they would come and do private lessons with me, they said yes! my instructor i just love her. I now got the movement down to hoop, i can hoop front and back pretty well going one way the other way my weaker side i need to build up. I'm learning to hoop side to side now. And my last lesson i raised my hands above my head and hooped and then was able to raise it up my body some and lower it back down. That works the abs even more.
so i can now say I CAN HOOP, now i want to get better so i can take the classes the have and learn so much more.
hooping is gentle on the joints and includes strength and cardio. We hoop on the arms and the waist.. my instructor does so much more. around the neck and such. she's amazing.
