Breakfast: 1 whole wheat tortilla with 1 large egg scrambled with 1 turkey sausage link, a cup of tea, 4 strawberries cut up!



Lunch: 1/2 CUP 1% cottage cheese, 12 special k multi grain crackers, 1 bottle of water, and a roasted turkey, cheese and bacon lean pocket!



Snack: 1 special k bar chocolaty pretzel, 1/2 bottle of water and yoplait light banana cream pie yogurt!



Dinner: 2 oz. whole wheat spaghetti, 1/2 cup hunts four cheese sauce, 3 Italian meatballs, 1/2 cup corn, 1 bottle water, and 1 crescent roll roll.
