One thing I forgot to say - Ideally I do strength training 7 days a week (10 - 20 minutes) and cardio 5 days a week (30 or more minutes). But I don't exercise if I have a bad migraine or am ill. SparkPeople fitness challenges are a great way to start an exercise routine.

    just visiting and i know your pain! My sinus are a mess and today i seemed to have found a migraine :(
