I LOVE IT!!!

The picture you see is showing my progress from last week on the treadmill. I used to be on the treadmill for about 10 to 15 mintues with not much incline or speed, but boosting it up I'm able to go on a higher incline as far as 7 and speed as 4 with a little jogging for 5 minutes then walking for 5 then jogging for 5.

As you can see I pushed myself going farther that first time when I got up to 50 minutes I jumped for joy when I got off the treadmill with everyone looking at me crazy, but oh well. I accomplished something that I was oh so proud of and I was skipping with joy from there after going for better the next day then better the next. OMG!! HAPPY!!!

But, I can't forget the strength training which I used to do for about 5 minutes or shoot 10 the most now I can go from 30 to 60 minutes with strength training taking the weights up more to help my metabolism.

Just thought I'll share.

    Way to go. You've got good reason to be proud of yourself. Celebrate all of those little steps that show off your progress. It's amazing how quickly your body adjusts itself to your exercise routine and gets in shape. You feel better and you have more energy. I've found out how quickly your body can get so out of shape again when the exercise fizzles out. I need to get started again. Keep it up. Change up your routine to keep it interesting and make it as enjoyable as you can. Don't fizzle out like I did.

    Congratulations!! Keep up the work. I find that some days I have to just focus on that workout and not my ultimate goal. You inspired me to go to the gym! emoticon
