Down 3 pounds, yay!

Yesterdays run/walk--4 mile 'long' run

Mile 1: 2/1, 3.5-5.5
Mile 2: 1/1, 3.5-5.5 2% hill
Mile 3 and 4: 2/1, 3.5-5.5

22 points... no wonder I was hungry this morning
11 AP Points earned.
