ok, I guess I'm here for a while

It seems I'm in a stage of "half )(*#&", which means I don't seem to be focused on doing anything I know I need to do, well. I start by logging on, and enter my breakfst into the tracker system, then enter my workout, then I don't seem to go back.
I'm stuck in a rut and need a good shake up - any ideas for giving me a virtual or real kick in the pants, or another good wake up call. I'm in a haze. Not sure why????

    Look at some of the motivational pages on here...lots of women who overcame the sluggish starts....and they usually have great stories about how they started and stuck with it. With me I was unfocused for about 2 months before I really got with it. I'd start at the beginning of the week watching what I ate and counting calories, and by the weekend i was right back to my same old stuff. it's hard but totally worth it in the long run! emoticon
