my lent challenge

During lent , what better way to strengthen my faith and willpower than by letting go of certain food items that slow me down physically and mentally. So as of tomorrow, for 40 days--- I will not consume:
Sweets will be the hardest. Also, I will not eat meat on Fridays and Mondays. This is my nutritional re-boot; in addition to other spiritual things I will be doing (along with my usual fitness routines).
Challenge yourself. Make a promise and offer it. At the same time take charge of your mind, body and spirit!
