2012:Week 8 SMART Goals

SMART Goals are: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely
GOALS FOR WEEK 8
NUTRITION (daily): consume 1250-1600 calories, minimum 4 f/v, stay in or under range on fats!
EXERCISE (daily): Minimum of ten minute strength training per day; minimum 30 minutes cardio 4 days this week.
MOTIVATION (daily): One Year Bible Reading and MUFHH Devotion.
SLEEP (daily): Get a minimum of seven hours sleep (continuous) per night
SPREAD THE SPARK (daily): Huddle with five teams, Participate in Florida Golf Challenge, Comment on two 1st Blogs, Connect with an average of ten Spark Friends, support at least one team member for each team huddled.
JUST FOR FUN (daily): Spend at least two hours either reading, watching a television show I enjoy, taking a nap, playing on Facebook, or spending Quality Time with a friend live and in the flesh!
