I may have a problem...

A lot of people have trigger foods. Something they like to eat that will cause them to want to eat more. I identified one of mine today and I never would have done it if I hadn't been paying more attention to what I've been eating lately. Grapes...of all things...

I have eaten probably a pound of grapes today and while I'm full, I found that I'm ready to make myself another sandwich. What the heck? They're grapes...little round bites of yummy. Fruit, healthy even! I guess I'm going to have to be careful about having them around. That makes me sad because they are one of my favorite fruits.

Huh...learn something new every day I guess.

    Maybe if you divide the 1 pound bag up into individual portion sized baggies, that's helped me with some of my munchy foods. My mind can also be like "Well it's a healthy snack so if I eat over the proper portion it's no big deal." as the calories add up.

    But my banned from the house trigger food is Polly-O String Cheese. I can eat a bag in a day if it's in the house. I think you got one up on me if yours is grapes. ;)
