Halfway through the February boot camp. I havent lost any weight but I am feeling pretty good. I have walked or played disc every day this week and have been hooping every day. Now that I will be out of a job, I am hoping to be in great shape. Hopefully I will have trimmed down a little by the end of the month, but I havent really changed my diet much
