Getting back on track during pregnancy!

For the last few months I have not been focused on exercising but on my pregnancy. I am now 20 weeks + 3 days... so I have made it to the half way point. I'm excited to meet this little man, but at the moment I don't like the effects he has had on my body.

For the first 16 weeks I did not gain any weight, but over these last 4 weeks I have gained almost 10 lbs, YIKES! So I feel it's time to dust off my treadmill and get walking!

I've noticed that I've been getting winded just going for short walks, and I really want to rebuild my endurance. Doing this will help with the labor process to come & help me to bounce back after pregnancy. I am also going to add in some pre-natal yoga to keep my workouts more interesting.

I am also going to set a goal of drinking 64+ oz of water a day and limiting junk food.

I've had a great first pregnancy so far, but I'm tired of being lazy and I just want to do something good for me & baby!

    Get some!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You can do this. I'm excited for you. Write down your weekly workouts somewhere you will see them, post it wherever you won't forget about it and do it every day. You owe 20 minutes a day at least to your body and your baby! Do it!!!
