I slept fine. I just went to bed way later than I should have.
Other than that, I'm pretty happy with my numbers for yesterday. Given that I went to Outback for dinner, and had two drinks while I was there, I'm REALLY happy with my numbers. And yes, I tracked them.
Sometimes I think going gluten-free is the best thing that could've happened to me. Half of a serving of Grilled Chicken on the Barbie with a side of steamed green beans with no butter and no toppings? Yummy, and healthy! Even adding a third of a plate (we shared it) of Grilled Shrimp on the Barbie and a house salad (no croutons, no tomatoes, no cucumbers, oil & balsamic vinegar dressing) didn't send me over.
I feel like I didn't accomplish much this weekend, because of being a wreck all Saturday. Apartment is still a disaster. I didn't make any jewelry. It was, for lack of a better way of putting it, a complete waste. *sigh*
S'OK, I guess. Happens to us all, sometimes. But I really wish I'd gotten SOME of the things I wanted to get done, done.
At least I enjoyed last night with the 'rents.
And I FINALLY printed up pictures of my goal (Aeryn Sun for Halloween) and stuck them to my bedroom wall corkboards. So that's good.
I suddenly feel terrible.
Completely sick to my stomach. Eesh. YAY, I'M GONNA BE SICK! ...Not. I am so incredibly tired of feeling awful. What did I eat, this time? Or was it sinus related in some way? When does it END?
