Setting goals

I changed some of my goals a couple of days ago. I redid my goal for losing from 233 to 200 which is my long term goal. My short term goal is to just get started. My original goal to lose the 33 pounds was Dec. 25, 2012; that I had set myself. I redid the goal @ 2 lbs of weight loss per week and it said I could lose the 33 pounds by June 12, 2012. I felt a little scared by that. I don't know why I felt that way. Any ideas out there? emoticon

    Two pounds a week is a good goal. Small goals are great. I know you can do it. I am going to try again too.

    It's hard work but you can do it! Setting the goal is just a guideline 2lbs/week worked for me at first but now I have changed it to 1lbs/week and it's working out.
