strikes again. I was watching the skating and as a result I didn't feel like working out anymore. I ended up doing the short start up workout, which I guess is better than nothing. Tomorrow I'll be working, so I'll be cycling to work again.

If I only looked at the scale I'd be so frustrated by now. The whole week I was down to 58, only to see the scale go up to 59 again this morning. Straight back where I started. I just checked my waste and it is down another cm from last week. I have now lost 3 cm of my waste in three weeks. (1.2 inches) I does look like I am gaining muscle.

Keep going! I would recommend focusing your energy on your long term goal and don't sweat the small stuff. A pro athlete doesn't succeed in winning a race by constantly checking their progress. That slows the momentum. Just keep going!
You can do it! And remind yourself how, great it is that you are committed to biking to work. Great job!
