taking it easy: free day

The cycling over the last two days really kicked my butt, so I'm taking it easy for today. I cycled to the supermarket (the one in the shopping mall) and ended up walking back part of the way. About 2 km of each. Eating mostly good, but I do allow myself a bit of leeway today. (had a small serving of potato chips, and some vanilla fudge. The bag was a bit big, so I gave half to my son before starting to dig in. I guess we live and learn (eventually)
