Have your cake

I am so happy! I lost 2 lbs this week and even had german chocolate cake 3 times this past week. (Why sweets for valentines?) It proves that if you work out and try to stay in your calorie range. You can have your cake and eat it too! Off to work. Another 15 hr day ahead but I packed all my food and will hopefully be able to dodge the pitfalls at work. Wishing all the SparkPeople a great weekend. I however am working. It will still be fun though.
