I have set up 3 streaks to follow. To exercise every day for 10 minutes, to drink 8 cups of water and to log unto Spark People every day for information, encouragement and support. I am going to start my next streak soon but I am not sure of what it will be. I still have not gotten my eating under control. I will keep trying to eat within my calorie allotment.
