Okay, so I had all the intentions in the world to get it done yesterday and again, nothing. I was sooo sleepy and couldn't do anything but cook dinner and lye down. As usual I couldn't sleep very well and was up and down all night using the bathroom. With this bladder, drinking 8 glasses of water a day and getting in my milk consumption is killing my bladder. I don't like taking medications for everything so the bladder thing will have to be dealt with later. I just don't want to stay too tired to workout or at least walk my 1.5 miles a day. I always see myself in my head working up a sweat and feeling good after a workout, but in reality, it's never like that. This tired thing is really getting in the way. I have had all the usual tests and thyroid is good, vitamin D is good and I'm healthy except the weight. It's the sleep I don't get.....What do I do to sleep better.

    Try to quit drinking water about 2 hours before bed and see if that helps.

    Have you tried Sleepytime tea? It really helps when I have trouble sleeping.

    Is the bladder thing only new with the water drinking? If so, you're body will get better about it as you keep doing it. I was like that when upping my water in take also at first, but after awhile I don't have to run the restroom as often now.
