Getting Used To Things

So as im coming up on the end of my week 2 ive noticed something the last couple of days. usually i get up and grab a pop but the first thing i do now and its just automatically is i grab water! get kids off to school and if the lil one is sleeping i get my workout done and shower and go on with my day! it just seems to happen so naturally last couple days! im thinking this might just be a good sign that this is the right time in my life to do this! and altho it may not be a big deal to some people but i actually had a weight watchers meal.. the chicken enchillada with sour cream and cheese sauce with the lil diced red and green peppers..but i ATE.. YES I ACTUALLY ATE THE lil peppers. id normally pick them out and eat the! things seem to be going pretty good. emoticon
