    Me too!!!!
    UG!
I relaxed over Christmas & haven't been able to get serious. emoticon
I'm going to just keep faking it & doing what I can make myself do until that spark comes back.
Just don't give up! We'll get through this rough patch.

I am in the same boat. Ever since the holidays I have gotten into a slump and cannot get back on track. At least before I was maintaining cause I was having mostly good days with a few bad days mixed in but now it is reversed and I am gaining. Let's do it and get back on track !

I know its hard to get back on track once you are away from it. One of the things that helped me was to go back to the first thing that got me motivated to start a healthy lifesytle in the first place.

I agree with NATIVE_ONE if you start small before you know it - it has grown into a streak and you will be back on track.

    You can do it

Small steps, 10 minutes here, 10 minutes there. You don't have to jump right into doing a whole lot especially since you haven't been doing much. Also remember to drink your water. Hydration is a great part of being able to maintain. Hopefully you are still tracking your meals too. If you are not getting your work outs in, try getting your deficit by decreasing your calorie intake.

Hope some of that is useful, I know it is hard to get back in the game. I just started back up myself after being gone for 10 months. But once I got going within a week I felt good, good enough to say I have been doing this again now for 9 weeks straight, lol, so far. emoticon

I feel you Sherr513! I'm trying to get "back on track" too. I'm always tired (or so I think), but for some reason I manage to stay up too late watching television, which in turn makes me too tired the next day to exercise emoticon . It's a vicious cycle, I know. Buuuuut, we can use this long "holiday" weekend to jumpstart our routines.

My plan is to exercise and sleep Saturday, Sunday and Monday. and hopefully, my body will SEE that a "routine" is trying to take place and follow suit.

If you have a long weekend, TRY IT!!!
